About Codemechs
Codemechs is a brand and product partnership led by Vincent Pasili Imbumi, working with a curated network of designers and engineers. We work with founders across fintech, Web3, and infrastructure: shaping the idea, shipping the product, and keeping it running.
Why we exist
Most founders building production systems in our space hit the same wall. They hire a designer who can't ship code. They hire a developer who can't think in strategy. They hire an agency that can do both, but only on a 12-month retainer.
We built Codemechs to be the alternative. One partnership that thinks in product, designs in detail, ships in production, and stays past launch. No handoffs between disciplines because the disciplines live together.
The operator story
While we partner with clients during the day, we also operate Fiberwave, an internet service provider we built from the ground up. Fiberwave serves thousands of subscribers across six counties in Western Kenya, on a stack that runs Starlink upstream, MikroTik network infrastructure, M-Pesa for billing, and a custom CRM we wrote ourselves.
That operator experience is not a side note. It is why our clients work with us. We know what production costs because we pay for it. We know what 3am pages feel like because we get them. We know what a customer with a frozen connection at the start of a workday wants to hear, because we hear it.
When we ship for you, we ship like operators.
